United Rubber [P] Ltd manufactures and markets high quality retreading materials used both in Hot process [Die Size] and Precure [Cold process]. Established in 1995, the company has its most modern plant in Jhagadia Taluk in Bharuch District, Gujarat State, India. The vast experience and profound technical credentials coupled with the value based business practices add to the inherent strength of the unit. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, a well equipped Laboratory and a dedicated R & D department, United Rubber stretches the concept of quality to the maximum. The company supplies the entire range of retreading materials to reputed retreaders all over India. United Rubber has also entered the world market. It now exports its world class retreading inputs to countries in the Middle East and Africa United Rubber is the first tread rubber manufacturing company in Gujarat to install the Intermix, the ultimate equipment for compound mixing. The company is in the process of expanding its activities further, to continue service to the retreading industry, keeping pace with the technological advancements taking place in the field.
PROMOTERS
Coming from the land of Natural Rubber Plantations – Kerala – promoters have with them actual working experience spanning over a period of fifty years. During this long tenure, by delving deep into the complexities and intricacies of rubber goods manufacturing technologies, the promoters rose to the present position of the top of the line suppliers of tyre retreading materials to the retreading fraternity located in all parts of the country. The Unit also has a large number of clientele from Retreaders in overseas countries like UAE, South Africa, Egypt, Mauritius. Mozambique, Kenya, Jordan etc.
Location
Jhagadia and Ankleshwar which are in close proximity to each other are well connected with N.H.No.8 and Western Railway. Towards south, these places have Mumbai 350 Kms away and towards north, Vadodara only 85 kms away and these locations are connected by rail/air nationally and internationally. This locational advantage immensely helps the units to source all raw materials from all over the country without any hindrance throughout the year.
