A thin layer of Calendered rubber compound used in precured process to bond the precured tread to the buffed and solutioned tyre casing
ROPE RUBBER/FILLING ROPE
A natural rubber based compound made to meet required viscosity, hardness and cure characteristics of repair gum. Compound is extruded in rope from in specified diameter. It is used to fill in skives and buzz outs in buffed surface of the tyre and also finds use in filling repair injuries during section repairs. A hand held extruder is used for application of rope rubber for the above mentioned purposes.
BLACK VULCANISING CEMENT
Suspension of rubber compound in a suitable solvent; when applied on the buffed tyre casing helps the tread rubber (precured and die-size) to remain in position till the casing is placed in the mould or enclosed in the envelope.
